"DEKRA CONSTRUCTION" has begun installing the facade systems for the "PORTA" business complex.

The architectural design of the building is characterized by clean geometric shapes, with facades enhanced by rhythmically arranged louvres, giving the structure a modern and elegant appearance.

The modular facade systems are assembled in factory conditions, ensuring superior product quality. During installation, specialized lifting equipment and machinery are utilized, resulting in a 50-60% faster installation process compared to traditional stick-built facade systems.

Before shipment and installation, each module undergoes rigorous quality control by the manufacturer's quality assurance department, followed by a detailed inspection by the general contractor's technical team to ensure full compliance with all specified requirements.
