On April 23, Moscow’s Barvikha Luxury Village hosted the annual CRE Awards 2026 ceremony, one of the commercial real estate industry’s most prestigious events, bringing together leading developers, investors, and market professionals from across Russia.

DEKRA CONSTRUCTION was represented at this year’s awards by Sergio Trovati, Deputy Director for Strategic Development, who served on the first-stage jury responsible for the quantitative and expert assessment of nominated projects.

Skolkovo Park Business District, delivered with DEKRA CONSTRUCTION as General Contractor, received recognition in two categories. For the second consecutive year, the development was named Best Business Park, an award that recognizes excellence in the office real estate sector. The project also received the Green Brick Award, presented to developments that demonstrate outstanding environmental performance and a strong commitment to sustainable design and operations.

A particularly significant milestone for the project is its achievement of the highest Diamond Level under Russia’s Clover ESG certification system. Skolkovo Park remains the first and only development in the country to earn this distinction, setting a benchmark for sustainable commercial real estate and responsible development practices.
