Vasiliy, our "chief engineer of human souls," is dedicated to recruiting, developing, and motivating our staff with unparalleled expertise. With 20 years of HR experience, including 15 in the construction industry, Vasiliy has a proven track record in managing personnel for major projects such as Sheremetyevo International Airport Terminal D, Evolution Tower in Astana, EXPO-2017, and the Main Cathedral of the Russian Armed Forces. His contributions have also been pivotal in integrating new assets at PepsiCo.
Vasiliy holds a degree in Labor Economics and Sociology from Yuri Gagarin Saratov State Technical University and an MBA in Human Resource Management from MIRBIS Moscow International Higher School of Business.
