The complex is located on the territory of a Moskva-City Region. It presents five construction volumes, up to 100 m high, with a two/three-story underground parking providing 1,430 parking lots, and a separate construction volume of the gallery integrated into the relief (stylobate area).

During the process of project documentation development, DEKRA+ delivered the services of making optimal design decisions in behalf of the Client, which reflected on the capital expenditures reduction and the construction efficiency improvement:
-optimal solutions over quality-price balance in terms of materials and equipment were produced
- the final construction budget has been calculated taking into account a comprehensive study of possible risks/adverse consequences for the Client
- verification measures have been carried out with regard to the timing of the construction project with the proposals developments for its optimization through the use of the cutting-edge technologies in the field of construction, as well as through integration solutions when performing individual stages of work.
