DEKRA CONSTRUCTION has implemented more than 25 different projects with a total area of about 1,500,000 m².

2021 - present

Created the DEKRA+ program for consulting support of developers
Implemented our first industrial project

Corporate Catering Center - Multifunctional Production Complex with an area of 1500 m², industrial community Zarechye, Moscow region.

The number of DEKRA CONSTRUCTION employees exceeded 450 people.
Conduct the construction of the largest investment project in the history of our company - an A Class multifunctional administrative and shopping complex - Skolkovo Park Business District, Moscow.

Consulting contracts within the framework of the DEKRA+ program

The Magistralny project during phase 1 of the general design stage, an A Class administrative and office center with a total area of 105,000 m²

The Kolpachny Pereulok project during the development of the detailed design documentation at the construction documentation stage, an A Class administrative building with a total area of 10,000 m²
