Deputy General Director for Development, DEKRA CONSTRUCTION

At DEKRA CONSTRUCTION, Sergio serves as Deputy General Director for Development, playing a key role in shaping the company’s long-term growth strategy and strengthening its position in the market. His areas of responsibility include strategic planning, project portfolio management, preparation of commercial proposals, negotiation and signing of general contracting agreements, and leadership of both internal and external tender departments.

With nearly 40 years in the construction industry, including over 30 years in civil construction, Sergio brings extensive international and management experience. His career includes leadership roles at PSN Group, Park-City Investment, Urban Group,PIK Group, ADG Group, Norman Asset Management, Codest, Cogefar-Impresit S.p.A., and BESIX Group S.A.

At PSN Group, he served as Senior Construction Director, overseeing the implementation of point and block residential projects and introducing unified standards for contracts, processes, and subcontractor reporting. At Urban Group, Sergio led the construction of the “Vidny Gorod” residential complex. As General Director of Park-City Investment, he managed the design and construction of major mixed-use developments on the historic sites of the Badaevsky Brewery and Sacco & Vanzetti Plant. Earlier, as Technical Director at Codest, he supervised the execution of multiple projects across Russia.

A graduate of the Politecnico di Milano with a degree in Civil Engineering, Sergio is fluent in Italian, Russian, English, and French.
