The project achieved the highest «Diamond» certification under the national KLEVER green building rating system. It is the recipient of the CE Excellence Awards 2018 and the prestigious Golden Brick Award in the Business Park category (Office Real Estate). The development also won the Real Estate Property Awards (REPA) in the Prime Class A Office category and was recognized at the Arendator Awards as Best Class A Business Center.

The project was designed by the British architectural firm SCOTT BROWNRIGG. The development consists of six standalone six-story office buildings connected by a shared two-level podium, an above-ground parking structure with a capacity of 2,923 spaces, and a dedicated engineering building housing central plant systems, including the primary cooling facility. The architectural concept was to create a modern business district aligned with international best practices in workplace design and functionality. Skolkovo Park is a benchmark example of the Live. Work. Play. Learn development concept and has achieved the highest environmental certification in Russia. This reflects the quality of its engineering solutions, its focus on occupant comfort, and its long-term environmental sustainability.

The development is located at the administrative boundary between the Odintsovsky District of the Moscow Region and the city of Moscow.
